One week, every agency
Every shift you have booked, whoever it is for, in a single week. Private clients too, if you look after somebody directly — mark it as a private client and it sits in the same week as the rest.
Your day, already worked out
Tap the rooster on your home screen each morning. Where you are going today, how far apart your first and last shift really are, anything waiting on you, and how your hours this week compare with the hours you said you wanted. Every line carries the button that does the thing, so nothing needs hunting for.
Confirm in one tap
When an agency needs to know you will be there, you tap once. No phone call, and no “are you still coming?” the night before.
Work that actually fits
Short of hours? CareRooster shows the open shifts that suit you, with the drive in minutes and how well each one matches — worked out from where you live, the times you said you are free, and the hours you already have that week. It tells you when a shift would tip you into overtime, rather than letting you find out afterwards.
You cannot be in two places at once
A shift that clashes with one you already have is refused, and the app tells you exactly what it clashes with. Nothing to untangle on the morning.
A reminder every evening
Exactly what is booked for tomorrow, with times and towns, at the hour you choose — on your own clock, wherever you live.
Your business stays yours
No agency can see which other agencies you work for, or what you do for them. When you are busy, they see only that the time is taken.
Getting started
- Download the app and sign up with your name and number.
- Open the Agencies tab. If an agency already has you on their list, tap Check if an agency added me — matching your number connects you straight away. Otherwise, search for agencies near you and ask to join.
- Tell CareRooster what suits you: the hours you want, the times you can work, and how far you are willing to drive.
